Abby Miller, LGPC
Psychotherapist
Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, I work with my clients to create a personalized space where they can vent, process, heal, and grow.
I specialize in working with clients who want to change their relationship with their brains and body, explore their identity, or deconstruct previously held beliefs. As a therapist, I believe that it is my responsibility to acknowledge the impact that systems and structures have on the world and on my clients. You are the expert when it comes to your experiences. I am here to offer support, a different perspective, and a space for you to feel and process your emotions.

Specifically I have experience and enjoy working with members of the LBGTQ+ community, plus-size people, fatphobia, diet culture, and body image concerns, people who have experienced religious trauma, and neurodivergent folks.
I graduated from Loyola University Maryland in 2024 with an MS in Clinical Professional Counseling.
While the specifics of therapy will look different for everyone, my underlying goal is to help clients increase their emotional awareness and psychological flexibility through values-based work. I strive to use a mix of challenge and support in a way that feels authentic to who I am as a human and also helpful for my clients.
