There are many ways to feel stuck.  Stuck in a career, stuck in a relationship, or stuck in an old “role” that no longer serves you.  Sometimes we are stuck in our own negative patterns of self-talk, stories of unworthiness, or cycles of addictive behaviors that leave us drowning in shame.

Whatever your area of stuck, it would be my pleasure to support you in uncovering the truth of who you are, the changes you long to make, and what may be holding you back from alignment with your heart's longing.

I offer a non-judgmental, warm, and inviting space for you to get curious about your life, your decisions, your patterns, and your pain. My approach to therapy is holistically oriented and incorporates mindfulness-based practices, somatic awareness, parts work (such as Internal Family Systems), and components of depth psychology (inspired by the work of Carl Jung).  In addition to my professional experience, I bring years of personal inner work, a deep commitment to grief and loss work, and certifications in Yin Yoga and Nature-Informed Therapy.

I am honored to walk with you on your journey toward greater wholeness and healing.
