Therapy can help you craft a life of joy and authenticity. Together, we can explore your emotions and develop an awareness of your reactions and how they impact you. We can explore a wide range of surface-level ideas like your values, and deeper motivations in your inner world that you may not be aware of.
We can discuss your connections to others, friends, romantic partners, family, and community-at-large, as a way to learn more about yourself, how to set boundaries when needed, and how to enhance closeness when wanted.

Then, we can pull all of this together to help you grow a sense of control with your decision-
making process. Decisions are the main tools we use to direct ourselves through our lives.
Developing this will help you guide yourself forward for the life you desire.
I bring a trauma-informed and culturally-sensitive philosophy to each session, and I enjoy
helping clients, couples, and families recover from issues related to anxiety, mood disorders,
executive functioning, grief and loss and relationship/family/social concerns. Additionally, I enjoy
working with clients with identity questions, including masculinity and femininity-based issues,
those contemplating or experiencing a life transition, and those with spiritual, religious, and
existential questions.
I have experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community, ethical non-monogamy, artists and
performing artists, athletes, academics, military veterans, and individuals with high-stress
occupations.
Working with me is like working with a trusty co-pilot. If you are looking to make a change, let’s
