I enjoy helping with anxiety, mood, grief and loss, and relationship/family/social concerns, as well as identity questions, life transitions, and spiritual, religious, and existential questions. I can help you develop awareness of your emotions, a vision for how you would like to feel and live, and support in making values-based choices for a more enriching and fulfilling life.
I bring a trauma-informed and culturally-sensitive outlook to each session. I strive to help you find agency, community, and joy - factors I believe are non-negotiable for a life well-lived. I have experience working with military veterans and individuals with high-stress occupations, as well as men’s mental health and masculinity issues.

Working with me is like working with a co-pilot. If you are looking to make a change, let’s work together to get you confident in the driver's seat so you can go where you want to go.
