Hana Clemens, LMSW
Psychotherapist
I approach work with my clients through relational and narrative lenses, always keeping the relationship at the center of our work. I offer insight in the moment that can help you reflect on not only the relationship being formed in the room, but how you operate out in the world.
I specialize in working with young people ages 5 to 25 and believe that anyone, no matter how young, has the ability to become more aware of their own subjective experience and identity development.

For four years I have worked with children, adolescents, and young adults in both private practice and school settings. I am trained in a trauma-informed approach to the work and I have received training in Internal Family Systems. I also enjoy incorporating creative arts into my practice.
I am most drawn to clients who have been diagnosed or suspect they ay have some form of neurodivergence. I am especially interested in how family and school systems can better work with them, as well as how the client can better understand their own identity in relation to all of the systems working around them. Whether diagnosed as an adult or a child, you may still feel confused and want to understand what this new label means. I can help you explore and come to terms with how your identity makes you unique in your own way.
