Emmaline Briley, LMSW
Psychotherapist
As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), I became a therapist driven by my own journey of overcoming challenges. I deeply understand that our experiences do not define who we are, and I am committed to helping others discover their inner strengths. My approach to therapy is warm and collaborative; I believe in engaging with clients rather than simply nodding along.
I enjoy working with individuals aged 11 and up, particularly those navigating life transitions and those who struggle with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation. I utilize a humanistic and strengths-based approach, focusing on your unique strengths and encouraging personal growth.
In our sessions, I strive to create a non-judgmental, empathetic environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings. I also believe in the power of humor to build connection and ease the therapeutic process. Let's face it, it isn't always easy opening up to a stranger. Together, we will work to navigate your challenges and pave the way for a fulfilling and balanced life. I welcome you to reach out for a consultation to see if we are a good fit.
