Through a person-centered and supportive environment, I help emerging adults grow, develop insights into themselves, and make meaningful changes in their lives. I work with adults and teens (11+) who are navigating any of life's ups and downs, especially folks with intersecting identities, people navigating their place in the world, and individuals going through major life changes like coming out, adjusting to college, or a parent's divorce. My approach is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Person-Centered modalities, which means my goal is to help you build self-awareness, increase your mental flexibility, and build a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and beatiful.

In sessions, I offer non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are (and explore who you want to be). I believe growth happens through genuine connection, compassion, and collaboration. Together, we can explore your values and identities, better understand the unhelpful patterns in your life, and develop practical tools to build the life you want.
I am LGBTQ+ affirming, specialize in working with neurodiverse individuals and those living with chronic illness, and I have extensive experience working with BIPOC individuals. I work to affirm the identities of my clients and I strive to create a welcoming environment where every person feels respected and seen. Whether you or your child are seeking support for a specific challenge, preparing for life transitions, or simply want a space to better understand life experiences, I would be honored to walk alongside you in the process.
