Our society doesn't allow for rest. You might feel like there is no time for you to relax. Maybe you're struggling with a close relationship or understanding your identity. Sometimes you simply need to feel heard. I work with young people, adults, and couples to identify problems, understand emotions, and improve our relationships with ourselves, our loved ones, and our world.

I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to create a space for you to rest, explore vulnerability, and develop tools for introspection. I strive to create a non-judgmental atmosphere where you can become the best version of yourself. 


My approach to therapy is eclectic. I see our work through a trauma-informed, person-centered, culturally-sensitive lens. With a warm demeanor and knack for remembering small details, I aim to strike a balance between direct and gentle talk therapy. My therapeutic style pulls from relational, narrative, and somatic therapies. I have experience working with people of all ages, including queer folks, as a community organizer, storyteller, social worker, and psychotherapist.

Everyone is capable of change, including myself. The therapeutic relationship is one of the most crucial indicators of success in therapy. I welcome feedback and encourage inquiry into our relationship. If I am not the right fit for you, I will work with you to find someone who meets your needs.
