Pronouns: She/Her/Hers

Therapy is for everyone! I hope to work with you (or your child) to set goals and create plans to achieve them. I believe you are the expert in your own experience, so I look forward to working together to build an approach that works for you. I have experience in supporting clients in areas such as anxiety and panic, depression, and life and family transitions, among others.

I hold a BS in Developmental Psychology from Vanderbilt University, and an MS in Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. In addition to working with adults, I am passionate about working with children and teens, and enjoy applying a developmental perspective to counseling.

I have experience working with youth in a variety of settings and roles, including preschools, nonprofits, and therapeutic horseback riding.
